I'd actually feel happier if an uninvolved admin reviewed this. However Ed's comments on the SPI are true. There has been a huge amount of copyright violation from this account on Commons which has not been addressed by the editor. @5 albert square: Yea, maybe let’s wait for another admin. I really don’t think this person understands the licensing policy, as he’s just going on google, finding some random image (mostly off GSMarena.com) and uploading it under the CC-BY-SA-4.0 license. And the notability and quality of those smartphone articles he (or they) created is questionable. They should agreed to stop uploading those images in their unblock appeal, which would’ve given them a little chance of actually getting unblocked. This image was uploaded from Vasu smilee's account on Commons, but she’s a woman (as said by Koushik in his appeal), and if you look into that picture, it was taken by a a man. Hello Koushik, I closed your UTRS appeal because at that time there was an open appeal on your talk page. You may submit another appeal but I suggest that you do this on your talk page here. The reason being that the UTRS system receives so many unblock requests, Wikipedia prefers that you do not use this unless you cannot edit your talk page. As you can edit your talk page, you may find that a UTRS admin tells you to lodge any appeal here.

You may also email me. However, please note that I'm currently holidaying so it may take me a few days to respond.

In any future unblock request you will need to address all the issues raised above and especially the copyright violations. Wikipedia has to take copyright violations very seriously because of the serious legal implications it has.
