You need to put the template "{{db-g7}}" on Armenian Bone Marrow Donor Registry so that, when it's deleted, you can move Armenian bone marrow donor registry and its history to the capitalized title using "Move" under the "More" tab, which is next to the Edit tab. You gave the following rationale for not deleting this article on its talk page;

" It is about a company that appeared in the Inc5000 list. So if this is not enough for the person complaining, then go ahead delete."

I have not accepted this as a good defence for two reasons. Firstly, the reason for deletion was given as "G4: Recreation of a page that was deleted per a deletion discussion, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/NexusLab." The new page was substantially the same as the original deleted article (actually it has rather less material) and the Inc.5000 ref was in the article at the time of the deletion discussion. Secondly, I find it hard to see how the Inc5000 list is meant to confer notability in any case. The entry is numbered as #9999 (as far as I can tell, this means it really is unlisted, it's just the largest number that can be entered in the rankings) and the information in the entry is too sparse to write a stand-alone article. If you want this article to exist, you must create one that overcomes the objections of the first deletion discussion. That is, you must fully establish notability.
