October 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! I am glad to see you are interested in discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:2 Broke Girls are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. Yellow brick road[edit]

While I agree that this is not the books, it is never expressly stated in the movie that yellow brick road is the proper name of the road rather than a description. I might be wrong but your best bet is to discuss it at Talk:The Wizard of Oz (1939 film) and get a consensus. I have no problem with changing it back if there is a consensus.67.170.169.30 (talk) 03:06, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

I would say that their singing about it in the way that they did, by using "Follow THE Yellow Brick Road", emphasized enough, that it was the name of the road. But yeah, in retrospect, the emphasis on "THE" could be just to keep her off of the road made of red bricks. Hmm. However, I think that in "OZ, The Great and Powerful", and maybe even, "Return to Oz", called it, "The Yellow Brick Road", as a proper name. Consensus? You mean, to ask for one specifically? Hmm. I mean ask on the talk page what everyone else thinks, if they agree then changing it is ok67.170.169.30 (talk) 21:06, 16 November 2013 (UTC)

I thought that I did that with my initial post. LeoStarDragon1 (talk) 00:48, 17 November 2013 (UTC)

January 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to The Starving Games may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
