I initially thought you were creating an article for the NZ Ministry of Social Development branch, which certainly would be notable, but realized the article was for a different subject. I'm doubtful whether this site meets the notability criteria though, and may be deleted. Basically you have to provide reliable sources from a third party (not the site itself), which you haven't done thus far. If you can't provide references showing that it is notable, it will probably be deleted (i.e. redirected as it was formerly). Richard001 23:36, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
