Wikipedia needs proof that the copyright owner has allowed their use otherwise they have to delete them for legal reasons. Do you have any official documentation for copyright permission that can be emailed to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org with:

1. Declaration of consent
2. Evidence of copyright permission
3. The names of the files
