If your purpose is to write web pages for your personal use, then you would be better advised to use one of the many web sites which do provide that sort of service, such as a blog host, a social network site or a web hosting service. Also, your use of multiple accounts is not in accordance with Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts. Since it is clear that you are not here to contribute towards building the encyclopaedia, this account has been blockedindefinitely from editing. If you are interested in starting to make contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, then you are very welcome to do so. If you wish to do that, first read the guide to appealing blocks and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} to the bottom of the talk page of your original account, replacing the words "Your reason here" with an explanation of how future editing you do will be different from what you have done in the past, and why you think unblocking your account would benefit the encyclopaedia.
