A tag has been placed on Embroidery centers in Surkhandarya, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator.  LeoFrank  Talk 04:50, 25 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The article Khudoyberdi Tuktaboyev has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Proposed deletion of Fundamental work on art of Uzbekistan

[edit]

The article Fundamental work on art of Uzbekistan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable book. No indications that the book in question is in any way notable. This article appears to be the book author's own description of his book.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your recent contributions

[edit]

Dear Maftuna Abdurasulovna,

You appear to be somewhat knowledgeable in the field of Uzbek arts, and since this is an area that is not well covered at Wikipedia, we'd love to hear more from you! Unfortunately, your contributions to date have been somewhat problematic. The tone of your writing is more along the lines that one might find in a magazine or general interest book, but not what one would normally expect in an encyclopedia. An encyclopedia article should be a "just the facts" kind of article; no embellishments praising the subjects talents or beauties or any other such opinions. Also, articles at Wikipedia are expected to be verifiable through the use of citations to reliable sources. Your article use references, but only to give explanatory footnotes that could more easily just be included as parenthetical phrases in the text. You have not actually cited any sources in your articles, which is why several of them have been proposed for deletion (see WP:BLPPROD). Also, reading your articles, I can't help but wonder if you are using a machine translation from Uzbek (or some other language) to create your English text. Much of your text is oddly phrased, and some contains phrases that actually have no meaning in English, which is a common feature of machine translations. If this is the case, and you are not able to contribute text in proper English, perhaps you'd be happier editing the Wikipedia in your own native language. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:06, 28 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Further to this discussion, please note that Wikipedia does not allow the publication of orginal research. If your articles are your own take on the state of the arts in Uzbekistan, then they will likely be deleted. Before I go and mark all of your articles for deletion on these grounds, I'd like to hear from you (please respond here on your talk page) regarding the nature of your editing. Speedy deletion nomination of Uzbek dance

[edit]

Hello Maftuna Abdurasulovna,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Uzbek dance for deletion, because it seems to be inappropriate for a variety of reasons.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Okamialvis (talk) 08:18, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Wedding Parties in Uzbekistan

[edit]

Hello Maftuna Abdurasulovna,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Wedding Parties in Uzbekistan for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Vinod 08:48, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please take note

[edit]

I have attempted on several occasions to engage you in a discussion on this page about the nature of your editing. You don't appear to be reading this page (or worse, you are choosing not to engage). I urge you to do so, as your editing is quite problematic, and unless you engage in this discussion, I will need to bring your editing to the attention of the Wikipedia administrators. Problems I've encountered with your editing include:

  1. You appear to be using a machine translation, such as Google translate, to create your English text. This is highly discouraged as such machine translations are generally quite bad, resulting in English that is gibberish. If you are unable to translate a foreign text into legible English yourself, then please leave the job to someone who is able.
  2. You repeatedly use references to introduce material that is not a references (such as translations of Uzbek book titles to English). References are supposed to be used to add material that verifies the material you have written.
  3. You appear to be writing from your own personal knowledge, rather than summarizing material available in reliable sources. Such original research is disallowed at Wikipedia.

Please engage in this discussion. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 14:16, 31 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I still note that you have not taken any effort to interact with other users regarding the nature of your editing, despite the fact that many of your articles are being deleted. I appreciate your enthusiasm, and your desire to expand knowledge of Uzbekistan on Wikipedia (an area of knowledge that is, admittedly, sorely underserved!), but you're really creating more work for other editors who are trying to clean up after you than the contribution is worth. Please stop and engage in discussion so that your fellow editors can help you contribute usefully. It is a shame to see you work so hard to write these articles only to have all of your work deleted. Your contributed article, Margilan natural dyeing methods

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Margilan natural dyeing methods. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Natural dye. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Natural dye – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 10:20, 4 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Childbirth in Uzbekistan moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Childbirth in Uzbekistan, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page.
