This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

I'm unconvinced Osmon's awards meet the inherent notability criteria of a "major prize" which I would consider along the lines of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. Beyond that the article is completely unbelievable and I would encourage other reviewers to look at it extremely carefully. For instance, the following -

Another motif of Osmon's career was the experience of color. "Colors are more than just decorative," he maintained.

- is sourced to a 1930 U.S. Census enumeration sheet. I have yet to see a U.S. Census enumeration sheet include quotes on design theory, let alone quotes from people who hadn't been born at the time. (And census records are WP:PRIMARY in any case.)
