Hi, This is just my talk page, feel free to leave any advice on my edits or ask for help on anything. If you feel I've abused my administrative or BAG powers, please see User:MBisanz/Recall for further instructions to request their removal.

bureaucratic guidance[edit]

I seek your informal advice because you are a bureaucrat. According to WP:UAL, bureaucrats grant rights to autopatrol, rollback, and pending changes reviewer. This page mentions the high level of trust and responsibility required to have those powers.

A few days ago, I posted a suggestion on a talk page about Planet Nine, which I believe is now a possible planet, not a hypothetical. The difference is that the likelihood is greater than earlier believed. Within about an hour, a user with the above trusted powers placed the whole section in the archives. It was not a mistake but a deliberate effort.

I wrote to that user and he is very belligerent, calling it garbage and to fuck yourself. There is no need to warn someone because it is clear that such behavior is not appropriate. Similarly, murderers are not released and warned, they are dealt with. Some sort of blocking to prevent further harm to Wikipedia may be indicated but certainly removal of these trusted powers (autopatrol, rollback, pending changes review) is called for when a user is so belligerent.

I provide you with proof.

[[2]] (removed entire section from talk page just an hour later on the guise of archiving)

[[5]] (writing BS and go fuck yourself)

What is your opinion on this unprofessional conduct? It pains me to report someone but I am shocked at this behavior. Ensign Hapuna of the Royal Hawaiian Navy (talk) 21:58, 26 January 2016 (UTC) cc: Wizardman

I'll defer to Wizardman on this. MBisanz talk 19:45, 31 January 2016 (UTC)
Wizardman did not make any comments, take any action or even replied. Would you consider this matter. It is really disturbing to me. Saps a lot of energy which should be going into Wikipedia writing. Why are people who are granted special powers like this? Thank you. Ensign Hapuna of the Royal Hawaiian Navy (talk) 21:16, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
@Ensign Hapuna of the Royal Hawaiian Navy: Briefly, I would agree that these edits are not at all what we expect from editors in a collegial environment. That said, bureaucrats are not tasked with patrolling user conduct, this is for administrators. It would be best if you raise this at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents. –xenotalk 21:41, 5 February 2016 (UTC)

Article "Asia America Initiative" deleted on 7/12/2015[edit]

Hello, I wanted to ask you about the article for Asia America Initiative that was deleted on 7/12/2015. I was about to write my own article for the organization, but I saw that it had previously existed. It seems that it was deleted, because it didn't have enough supporting sources. I am knowledgeable of the organization, and could supply a few articles and other sources that would help solve this problem. What are your thoughts? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Aeia618 (talkcontribs) 20:27, 29 January 2016 (UTC)

I think it could work. I think you should submit a draft with the sources at WP:AFC. MBisanz talk 19:46, 31 January 2016 (UTC)

Hello, I'm writing to you regarding the deletion of from the discussion of Was going to update the musician's page with the current band but saw it was no longer available. Underwood has been touring ( and and recently did an interview regarding his current band's new record ( which is with the record label Century Media. I think this passes WP:GNG and is helpful to differentiate from the director with the same name: Hambeen (talk) 05:24, 3 February 2016 (UTC)

You should trying doing a new version of the article at WP:AFC with those new sources and see if it is accepted. MBisanz talk 23:40, 5 February 2016 (UTC)
