Intelligent Design pov[edit]

I'm giving up on the Intelligent Design page, but I'd encourage you to stay and contribute. I am not pro-ID, and even I can see that the page is very strongly slanted against ID. Even worse, it's terribly uninformative as to what ID actually is (only beaten in uninformativeness by the article on the Mims-Pianka controversy). The talk page needs more balance of opinions, and the only people that are fighting for moderation and neutrality on the subject are anti-ID and as a result our objections are more abstract and dispassionate than they would be for a person who is actually pro-ID. So, keep up the good fight, because the biggest weapon the "good guys"/"long-term editors" have is patience and tenacity.--Kgroover 15:11, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I will continue the good fight --Mdsats 22:27, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Evidence of absence, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Accurizer (talk) 23:09, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

NowCommons: File:Mayan subtract.png[edit]

File:Mayan subtract.png is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:File:Mayan subtract.png. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[File:Mayan subtract.png]]. Note that this is an automated message to inform you about the move. This bot did not copy the image itself. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:11, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
