Don't use WP[edit]
Civility or the lack thereof isn't the problem with WP, nor the supposed lack of collaboration. The problem is its explicit goals of distortion and blocking of useful, valuable information on whatever subject considered fringe, and the promotion and protection of uneducated, biased editors.
WP could be a great place for information, but as we all know, it makes every effort to make sure that never happens. The main purpose of most editors, in fact, is to make sure that WP is as distorted and unreliable as possible, so much so that they themselves feel compelled to advice against even looking up anything on WP.
I make sure to point this fact out whenever I'm in a debate. As I have first hand knowledge of the editing process and its goals, I try my best to get people to shun WP. I find it interesting how so many put so much time on editing an "encyclopedia" they themselves wouldn't even recommend to their worst enemies.
And by the way, did I say anything to or about BigK that wasn't true? We all know that what I said was 100% true. Oh but wait, I forgot that truth has no place in WP :D Misessus (talk) 19:28, 17 September 2011 (UTC)
