The IP you're using has been blocked as an open proxy. This means that either you're connecting through a proxy, or a an open proxy has been run on your IP address. Hello everyone. I checked the IP at OPP for open proxyness, and at the time I checked it was either not online, or secure. Given that the IP was blocked by a checkuser two days ago out of the blue, though not necessarily on checkuser evidence, and there is no other evidence that it's been an open proxy recently, I would defer unblocking the IP until lucasbfr can confirm the original check. Very temporary IPBE would seem reasonable until such a time, subject to review of contributions and suitable agreements.
