If you leave a question/comment here, I will respond your comments/questions here, not on your talk page. If you left a question or anything else to which you want me to respond, check back here; I don't leave {{Talkback}} alerts but I do usually reply quickly. Also, if I left a message on your page and you're coming over here to respond, I'd prefer that you respond under my point/question on your own page, please try not to leave a {{Talkback}} message for me. This way keeps the whole conversation on one section and you don't have to shuttle through two or more pages to follow the conversation chronologically. Thanks. —Mr. Matté

Ohio articles[edit]

Thanks for your work on the Ohio articles! I did notice a few things that I thought I'd mention - some of the RDs need to be broken up into paragraphs, and there were sometimes a few sources missing that prevented the article from moving all the way to B. Some of those articles might pass at WP:GAN, though in the past articles on extremely short Ohio roads (i.e. boat ramps) with no newspaper sources have been controversial. --Rschen7754 20:59, 16 January 2016 (UTC)

USA Counties with names.svg[edit]

There's a small error in your USA Counties map. There's an inkscape label that says "Yukon-Koyukuk, AL" but it should be "Yukon-Koyukuk, AK" (Alaska, not Alabama).

Also, can you share the parameters of the projection used for this, so it could be annotated with cities or other locations? — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 18:52, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

I've made updates to the map but removed the useless labels (all states are represented in the object's first two letters). I don't know what projections were used in originally creating the map, I used File:USA Counties.svg as my base. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 00:54, 9 March 2016 (UTC)

Can you update it to show U.S. Route 25 in Michigan? US 16 in MI is at FAC now, but even if it passes, you wouldn't be able to distinguish it from I-96 at that scale/perspective. Imzadi 1979  07:23, 13 March 2016 (UTC)

Almost forgot File:MISH FA map.png too. Imzadi 1979  07:25, 13 March 2016 (UTC)
I'm not sure that you can make out that US 16 was added, but US 25 in MI is still missing. Imzadi 1979  01:15, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
US 25 and now I-275 need to be added to the MI map. I-275 needs to be added to the national FA map. Imzadi 1979  05:04, 7 August 2016 (UTC)

────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────Interstate 94 in Michigan was promoted today, so if you could, can you please add it to both the national and Michigan maps? Imzadi 1979  01:48, 29 January 2017 (UTC)

I'm not sure if California State Route 94 was added, but that as well. --Rschen7754 01:49, 29 January 2017 (UTC)
File:USRD FA map.png, File:USRD upper half map.png, File:MISH FA map.png, File:USRD upper half map NE.png have been updated as of 2/2/17. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 23:38, 3 February 2017 (UTC)
Thank you! +1 Imzadi 1979  03:03, 4 February 2017 (UTC)

Pennsylvania maps[edit]

I noticed a minor error in the two new Pennsylvania maps you made. The line for the Pennsylvania Turnpike is overlapping the label for Pittsburgh. Dough4872 14:52, 10 May 2016 (UTC)

On a side note, exits between 8 and 15 on SR 43 are not part of the turnpike, so I thought the SR 43 icon should be to the left of the routes, not covering it. Cards84664 (talk) 14:41, 30 June 2016 (UTC)

Both changes are  Done at File:Pennsylvania Turnpike map.svg (the latter obviously much later than the former). —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 20:14, 1 July 2016 (UTC)

Delaware Route 11 map error[edit]

I noticed an error in File:Delaware Route 11 map.svg. You have the county in Maryland labeled as Caroline County, yet the area you have it labeled in is part of Queen Anne's County (The border between Queen Anne's and Caroline is MD 302, with Queen Anne's north of MD 302). Dough4872 04:16, 7 July 2016 (UTC)

Done – Easiest way to fix that county label is to get rid of it altogether (was a remnant from when I first started doing maps in 2013). Updated to more current map colors too. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 16:50, 7 July 2016 (UTC)
Thanks. Dough4872 12:54, 8 July 2016 (UTC)

Thanks for the maps[edit]

Just wanted to say thanks for making so many maps that cover the NC system. I really appreciate it!--Ncchild (talk) 23:30, 19 August 2016 (UTC)

Thanks! BTW, I fixed the NC 304 map. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 01:41, 20 August 2016 (UTC)

PA State House districts by party (2015)[edit]

Thanks for this great map. It obviously needs some updating. Here are the changes since it was last updated:

  • 170th district from Vacant to Republican
  • 161 from Republican to Democratic
  • 156 from Republican to Democratic
  • 115 from Republican to Democratic
  • 58 from Democratic to Republican
  • 51 from Democratic to Republican
  • 49 from Democratic to Republican
  • 10 from Democratic to Republican
  • 197 from Democratic to Vacant

I've done a Paint job to highlight the locations of these districts:

I'm not always around here and this would not be a priority for me to update. Updating the file (actually preferably creating a new file to keep the previous session as a record) yourself is an option as well. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 04:30, 5 January 2017 (UTC)

NJ General Assembly composition 2014.svg[edit]

I noticed that your image NJ General Assembly composition 2014.svg is being used in the article "New Jersey General Assembly, 2016–17 term", but it looks to be out of date. For example, it shows the 16th district as having 2 Republican members, but it currently has 1 Democratic member and 1 Republican member.

Thanks, Jay — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 15:51, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

I wasn't the one who originally created the article but I've added the correct map to that article. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 16:49, 12 February 2017 (UTC)

Thomas H. Paterniti‎[edit]

Thanks for the edits to Thomas H. Paterniti‎. Edits marking someone as just having died are either the result of recent deaths reported in the media or straight-up vandalism. Each time I saw the death added I looked for a source but could not find one. The funeral home announcement is probably adequate for now and I'm sure that a more reliable source will publish an obituary in the near future. Thanks for the edits. Your Map of Ohio State Route 781[edit]

Hello. I noticed a significant error of this map you created for Ohio State Route 781. The map shows the sign of Ohio State Route 43 on the left hand corner. It is supposed to be Ohio State Route 41. FunksBrother (talk) 15:36, 30 August 2017 (UTC)

Thanks for catching, I've fixed the shield on the map and updated it to more current standards. —Mr. Matté (Talk/Contrib) 16:56, 30 August 2017 (UTC)
