The broken tags could be fixed, and simply would have just done that if the person qualified, but in short, they are not "notable" enough by Wikipedia standards. At least not with the information given. To pass the criteria for inclusion, there needs to be a claim of actual notability, backed by multiple high quality sources that cover the person in great detail. A canned bio is not the same thing as significant coverage, which is the standard here. In short, it is just too soon for this person to have an article, based on the lack of coverage in major outlets. Don't feel bad, this is pretty common for someone that young.
