Comics Collaboration of the Fortnight[edit]

As a member of WikiProject Comics, I thought you might be interested in the Comics Collaboration of the Fortnight we have set up. Please feel free to vote on the articles listed, although bear in mind that a vote for a particular article means you are pledging to help improve the article. The goal of the collaboration is to improve articles to Featured Article status, as we feel Comics is under-represented in that area. Thanks for your help. Hey, Thanks for adding a navigational aid to the Grandia articles. Great work. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 19:27, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

Template: Seiken Densetsu series[edit]

G'day there. Thanks for creating this template. I'm sure it will be helpful for a lot of people interested in the series. I have two questions to ask about it, though:

  • Would it be alright if Rabite and Elemental Spirits were added to the template? If so, where?
  • You list Legend of Mana and Sword of Mana as spin-off titles. While the announcement of SD4 suggests such a thing, I don't consider the classification to align with a neutral point of view, because many players see these two games as a canonical part of the series. Would it be possible to, perhaps, recategorise the games?

Thanks again. --LichYoshi 01:10, 17 October 2005 (UTC)

Lunar: SSSC PC release[edit]

Hi!

You stated in the Lunar SSSC article that there is/will be a PC release, however, I recall that the PC release got cancelled years ago. Maybe you got some new information about it that I dont have. Could you check it to be sure and if it's true there's gonna be a PC port, gimme a link where it actually says so? (out of sheer curiousity... I'd love to get my hands a good PC port of Lunar SSSC!) :: DarkLordSeth 22:52, 18 October 2005 (UTC)

  • Hey, sorry if my edit caused some confusion, I'm acutally going to clean that article up in the future. Lunar SSSC (under it's japanese name of simply Lunar: Silver Star Story) was released for the PC in Japan and Korea only. If I remember right, Working Designs was actually planning on translating an english version, but cancelled the project due to "internal development issues". I think the info is on LunarNET somewhere, I'll have to dig that up.

Anyways, thanks for bringing that up! (Nall 01:22, 19 October 2005 (UTC))

Lufia[edit]

I'm just dropping by to tell you that you did a good job in cleaning up the Lufia article. You might want to consider using the Preview button more often, but that's a minor nuisance; your contributions are very welcome. Regards, --Sn0wflake 01:47, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Hello?[edit]

I've noticed you've been gone a long time. Have you left Wikipedia? It would be unfortunate since you do such great work here. Thunderbrand 16:52, 19 January 2006 (UTC)

I tip my hat to you, good sir, for really upgrading Rabite's quality. Thank you very much! LichYoshi 12:35, 26 May 2006 (UTC)

Thanks[edit]

Thanks for the Barnstar, I'm glad the article made it through. I only wish I had said more about why it should be kept. If it ever gets nominated again be sure to tell me and I will give it my support, it is an important term to the gaming community as a whole. Konman72 07:53, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

Your Wild Arms (series) rewrite.[edit]

Needless to say, I'm very impressed with it. Good work! Have you considered doing a similar make-over to some of the game articles? Because they kind of, well, suck and have been getting edited in the wrong direction since they were created, mainly Wild Arms 2. - The Norse 01:58, 23 June 2007 (UTC)

Thanks Norse, I appreciate the support! I've been busy lately, so I'm still working on getting the Wild Arms (series) page up to GA and finishing a peer review request for a very patient reviewer, but when that's done I'll try and set my sights on getting some of the other WA articles up to snuff. Yeah, WA2 is very fansite-ish right now, but I'm actually working on a re-write in my sandbox that will hopefully be ready for placement soon. Nall 03:55, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
I noticed you stopped working on the Wild Arms 2 rewrite in your sandbox a while ago to move on to other projects. I hope I'm not out of place by doing this, but I copied the unfinished yet still rather well-written article from your sandbox's history to the article, combining it with the miniscule amounts of information that was left after an admin wiped the page. - The Norse 19:43, 10 November 2007 (UTC)

Wild Arms GA[edit]

Sorry, I was on holidays and won't have the time to update this. Your best bet is to leave a note on the GAC page mentioning that I'm away, and requesting that someone else pass/fail/on hold it. G1ggy Talk/Contribs 03:22, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Taken care of now, thanks. Nall 23:04, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

Breath of Fire IV rewrite[edit]

Very impressive rewrite on the Breath of Fire IV article. I own a copy of the game and if you need any help with certain sections leave me a message on my talk page and I'll see what I can do. Right now I'm trying to figure out ways to improve the Breath of Fire III article because... well really it's all over the place, like Breath of Fire IV used to be. Unfortunately I don't own a copy of that game, so anything I'm really doing in the article is based off memory. Again, great job on Breath of Fire IV. Stills64 20:02, 9 July 2007 (UTC)

Thanks Stills, I left a response on your talk page. Nall 23:04, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
And now good job on getting it to GA-status. :D Stills64 01:17, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

KiKi KaiKai[edit]

Hi, I've placed KiKi KaiKai GA review on hold for one reason only, that I'm not 100% with the flow of the article in terms of the Story coming after the Gameplay section. To a non-expert reader this is confusing, I'd like to know what the game is about before I know how it's played. The rest of the article is perfectly good enough for GA so perhaps you could have a look at that and let me know what you think. Good work, all the best, The Rambling Man 07:23, 16 July 2007 (UTC)

I Need Some Advice[edit]

Good job on getting Breath of Fire III to GA. I noticed you use Dragon Tear as a source for images, but could you possibly give me some other places you use to find out information on games, or any games in the Breath of Fire series? I'm having a tough time finding any information at all on the first two games in the series (ESRB/CERO/etc ratings, media, etc). Thanks. Stills64 02:51, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

Just saw your message. Thanks, Nall. :D Stills64 15:22, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
Since you seem to be quite adept at editing or sometimes even re-writing video game articles, I was wondering when you have free time if you could look over the article I'm currently working on in my sandbox. I'm not sure if administrators really want people other than myself editing it, but if that's no problem feel free to reword or add things if you want (you have my permission if that's what they want :D), or you can leave suggestions on my talk page on what I can add/remove from it. Stills64 02:43, 15 August 2007 (UTC)
Ah, I was wondering if there was some tool I could use for the references, thanks for telling me that. One thing I'm wondering.. should I add a "Characters" section. It's hard to use a shooter game such as Perfect Dark as a guide, since most shooter games are played with a single character.. so I'm kinda divided on it. Thanks for the help. Stills64 01:37, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

GA Review for Major League Baseball (video game)[edit]

Hi, I've hopefully completed all of the suggestions except one - the image one. I'm happy to do it, but I'm wondering which ones you think should stay and which should go. The cover art should obviously stay, but each of the others was chosen to display a particular aspect of the game (title screen, choosing players and the emphasis on managerial aspects, a view of batting/pitching, a view of the outfield, the introductory screen/scoreboard and a homerun/grand slam). I can't decide, so perhaps you'd know better than I would what's important to show and what's not as much. Also, thank you for the review! Cheers, CP 22:27, 25 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the tips, the images have been taken care of (hopefully!) Cheers, CP 00:15, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

Music of FF11 GAReview[edit]

Thank you for taking the time to review the Music of Final Fantasy XI. I beleive I have addressed all of your concerns, and the article is ready for another look. --PresN (talk) 16:18, 11 July 2008 (UTC)

Congrats on the Lunar GA[edit]

Hey, I noticed that Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete just passed GA and that Lunar: The Silver Star has also passed GA some time ago. Just wanted to congratulate you on the good job you did on both articles. The first Lunar on the Sega-CD was what got me into RPGs and I'm glad to see both articles of good quality. Keep up the good work. (Guyinblack25 talk 13:52, 7 August 2008 (UTC))

Lunatic Festa[edit]

The "Lunatic Festa" series of radio dramas would be more appropriate in the article for Lunar: The Silver Star, no? Kari Hazzard (T | C) 01:55, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Ryota Niitsuma at TvC launch event.jpg

Based on my observations, you're very competent in writing fighting video game articles. So perhaps one day you'll find this image of Ryota Niitsuma suitable for MvC3, just in case one is not available for a MvC3 event. I was about to add it to TvC, but this image is giving me second thoughts... Regards, « ₣M₣ » 01:54, 12 May 2010 (UTC)

Hi. When you recently edited Grand Knights History, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Dragon's Crown (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

I'd just like to thank you for the terrific job you did on the GoaT entry. I hope it's ok, I just made some very small factual adjustments. Of course, feel free to ask me any questions you may have, though Seith is still keeping a lot of details under his hat :)
