Please don't add unsourced claims. We don't know that you are who you say you are, so we have no way of knowing if what you claim is correct. Reliable sources have said that Newman died of lung cancer. We don't let users change such things based on nothing but their say so. If what has been sourced is incorrect then please read WP:RS and provide a reliable source to substantiate your change. Meters (talk) 20:22, 12 September 2017 (UTC)

You should read WP:COI also. It's not a good idea to edit articles about yourself or your father. Please suggest any further edits on the articles' talk pages so that that other editors can evaluate the changes and make them for you if appropriate. Since you claim to be Nell Newman, the daughter of Paul Newman, you should contact OTRS (see WP:OTRS) to prove your identity. If you do not your account may be blocked. It's quite common for users to falsely claim to be someone they are not, and accounts claiming to be notable people are sometimes preemptively blocked to prevent vandalism. I have no reason to think that you are not who you say you are, and your edits appear to be in good faith, so please don't take this the wrong way. Meters (talk) 20:35, 12 September 2017 (UTC)
