March 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Eikichi Kawasaki, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted (undone) by ClueBot NG.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please read about it, report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Eikichi Kawasaki was changed by Neogeolegend (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.961661 on 2011-03-05T13:52:50+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 13:52, 5 March 2011 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Eikichi Kawasaki has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://snk.wikia.com/wiki/Eikichi_Kawasaki. If the external link you inserted or changed was to an external Wiki, then please note that these links should generally not be included (see 'links to avoid' #12).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 03:13, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did in this edit to Eikichi Kawasaki. Inappropriate links include links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that serve as advertising or promotion. Thank you.  Hazard-SJ  ±  03:14, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you add inappropriate external links, as you did with this edit to Eikichi Kawasaki.  Hazard-SJ  ±  03:19, 6 March 2011 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Eikichi Kawasaki do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

Proposed deletion of Muhammed Al-Arifi[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Muhammed Al-Arifi has been proposed for deletion because under Wikipedia policy, all biographies of living persons created after March 18, 2010, must have at least one source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't take offense. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners or ask at Wikipedia:Help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. Nomination of Muhammed Al-Arifi for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Muhammed Al-Arifi is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Muhammed Al-Arifi until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Maher-shalal-hashbaz (talk) 01:55, 21 March 2011 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free image File:MV5BMTczNTA3Njc3N15BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwOTk4ODU5Mw@@. V1. SX97 SY140 .jpg[edit]

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:MV5BMTczNTA3Njc3N15BMl5BanBnXkFtZTcwOTk4ODU5Mw@@. V1. SX97 SY140 .jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Skier Dude (talk) 04:37, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

Wildside (U.S. TV series)[edit]

Hello Neogeolegend, I just thought I'd let you know that I saw your article Wildside (U.S. TV series) in the New Articles list-- The information is presented clearly and is easy to understand. However, I noticed there are some holes that may need filling: the article currently does not contain any references. As a new article, the most important thing is to find reliable references for all existing information. It would be great if you could also improve the related article Hangar 17.

Have a fun and productive day! Cheers,Amy Z (talk) 20:18, 13 October 2011 (UTC)

November 2011[edit]

Please do not add or change content without verifying it by citing reliable sources, as you did to Cop Land. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Do not remove ref maint tags unless you are replacing them with references. Srobak (talk) 05:42, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Cop Land, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Your random insertions and deletions of blank lines in the article do not serve any purpose. Be sure to use the sandbox for testing - not live articles. Srobak (talk) 05:43, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Thank you for reverting your recent experiment with the page Cop Land. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. If you would like to experiment further, please use the sandbox instead. Thank you. As you have had a past history evidenced by warnings - further such edits will be escalated. Srobak (talk) 05:45, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Cobra (1986 film). It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to a loss of editing privileges. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Srobak (talk) 05:53, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at Cobra (1986 film), you may be blocked from editing. There is a Wikipedia Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Srobak (talk) 05:53, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Dude - seriously - STOP testing on live articles. Use the WP:SANDBOX, proofread your changes before submitting them, and use the WP:PREVIEW function as well. This really is enough. Srobak (talk) 05:58, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use disruptive, inappropriate or hard-to-read formatting, as you did at 50 cent, you may be blocked from editing. Thanks for the note. There are more pictures in the article than I would put there and I felt that the one I took out didn't add much. It might be an idea to ask an admin to take the ban notice off your page as it seems to have expired a long time ago. Britmax (talk) 20:33, 13 November 2011 (UTC)

Hi you can't take pictures of newspaper front pages and claim ownership of them. You are going to need some kind of fair use rationale. Wikipedia:Non-free content - Off2riorob (talk) 17:28, 23 November 2011 (UTC)

I wouldn't worry much about the picture speedy request below if I was you - you can easily re upload it with the correct license. - or you can contest it and add the necessary rationale and templates. Off2riorob (talk) 19:02, 23 November 2011 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:سيف الإسلام القذافي نوفمبر2011.JPG[edit]

A tag has been placed on File:سيف الإسلام القذافي نوفمبر2011.JPG requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Srobak (talk) 18:56, 23 November 2011 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:سيف الإسلام القذافي نوفمبر2011.JPG[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:سيف الإسلام القذافي نوفمبر2011.JPG, which you've sourced to http://www.alkhaleej.ae/portal/47091154-cdc4-4c17-a8fe-23a50e3608a2.aspx. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 00:06, 24 November 2011 (UTC)

December 2011[edit]

First, while no one is presuming to know more than you about Meheri people, please read WP:EXPERTISE (along with WP:CIVIL). Now then, there is nothing in the article that says they are Somali. Meheri people do live in Somalia, so {{Somalia-stub}} is appropriate. They are an ethnic group who live in Africa, so {{Africa-ethno-group-stub}} is appropriate. (The only time those 2 templates need to be removed, is if and when the article grows beyond stub length.) And they are an ethnic group who live in Somalia, so Category:Ethnic groups in Somalia is appropriate. None of these suggest that Meheri are Somalia — "living in Somalia" is not the same thing as "being Somali." Furthermore there is nothing written in the text which says they are Somali. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Salwa al Mutairi appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe this. Salwa al Mutairi[edit]

One of the articles you cited identifies her occupation as television host, so it wasn't necessary to remove that. We need to use the information that is in the sources. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 02:06, 8 January 2012 (UTC)

"Weird declares" is not grammatically correct in English. It also is your own opinion: the word "weird" is not a factual statement. That's why I'm removing it. Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited Six Bullets (2012 film), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Romanian (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Name Of Abu Dhabi[edit]

Hello Neogeolegend, I was hoping to resolve our disagreement over the name of Abu Dhabi on this page rather than conduct an edit skirmish. My concern is that facts in Wikipedia should be verifiable, and I couldn't see anything in your source that specifically referred to the meaning of Abu Dhabi, although it was an interesting article about the oryx (they are magnificent creatures). In fact, I think the article contradicts that meaning because it says that oryx roamed Al Dhafra and the Liwa, not Abu Dhabi island which was where the original settlement began. Thanks for reading this, I hope we can come to an amicable solution, all the best Rama226 (talk) 08:23, 14 January 2012 (UTC)

Bad edits[edit]

Non-free rationale for File:Herman Hoth.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Herman Hoth.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 11:18, 19 January 2012 (UTC)

PROD[edit]

Regarding your continued addition of the PROD tag to the article Obscenity the other side of Aisha: you need to stop. A PROD tag, once contested, may not be replaced.
Furthermore, your edits to this article show a very disturbing pattern: the removal of sourced content without explanation, dishonest editing and deliberate lies, even to the extent of moving the article and reversing the meaning of the title. Any further editing of this type will result in a full report of your activities being filed at WP:ANI, along with a request that action be taken. Doc Tropics 18:39, 23 January 2012 (UTC)

January 2012[edit]

Your recent editing history at Obscenity the other side of Aisha shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.

If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. You are technically already in violation of 3RR. As has already been noted, you cannot use PROD more than once for the same article. If you feel the article should be deleted, bring it up at WP:AFD. Gyrofrog (talk) 00:36, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Do not edit other people's userpages, except perhaps with their permission. It is clear that you do not in this case. Syrthiss (talk) 11:04, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit-warring at Obscenity the other side of Aisha and User:AwamerT.. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:38, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

You know that edit-warring is against the rules, because you have been blocked and warned about it before. You know that it is against the rules to restore a {prod} template that has been removed, because it says that on the template. And you should know that someone else's user page is theirs, not yours, to edit. If User:AwamerT doesn't choose to link between her English and Arabic talk pages, she doesn't have to. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:42, 24 January 2012 (UTC)

I started an AfD discussion that may be of interest to you at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Obscenity the other side of Aisha. Zionism[edit]

Re this edit: please note that there is a 1 rule revert on this article. The edit summary here also suggests a degree of soapboxing.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 20:13, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

Please revert yourself[edit]

All the I/P conflict articles including Zionism are subject to 1RR 24HR if you will not revert I will report you. Also you should read this

The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read in the Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Palestine-Israel articles#Final decision section of the decision page.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page.

You have been blocked temporarily from editing for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.

File:Herman Hoth.jpg listed for deletion[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Herman Hoth.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Files for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. Calliopejen1 (talk) 18:37, 1 May 2012 (UTC)

All non-free images must meet every one of the non-free content criteria. Because we have several free images of this man, the non-free image fails criterion #1. Calliopejen1 (talk) 17:19, 2 May 2012 (UTC)

Barasat Euro Musketeers[edit]

Mate, I am sorry but the article is not notable. Please see Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Notability, but basically it states that because Barasat has never played in a national competition and that the Bengal Premier League Soccer is only a state league that Barasat is not notable. Please keep it that way and if you do disagree please say so on the AfD. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 22:14, 1 June 2012 (UTC)

Crespo[edit]

Okay, I dont think the best way to solve this is through and edit war and see us get blocked. So anyway, I dont think that should be there in the infobox. When the auction happened it was agreed that we would not add the team yet as technically none of the players are signed. The teams only have the rights to offer them a contract. It is like with Robbie Fowler who left the BPLS easily because he was never signed by a BPLS team, he was still free to go where he wanted. Anyway that is how I feel. Oh and you dont have to reply on my talk page. I got you on my watchlist for now. Oh and sorry about my comment yesterday. It was a frustrating day on wikipedia with a bunch of Indian Football pages vandalized. --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 23:09, 3 June 2012 (UTC)

No need to be an arse about it. I said I was sorry and that I was having a bad day. It happens. And yes I archive these things because I just archived everything else and that was recently. Why not add to it? Anyway lets stick to the subject. Please. And teenager does not insult me as I am in fact a teenager (16 years). --Arsenalkid700 (talk) 02:14, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

June 2012[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Hernán Crespo. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Alexf(talk) 23:11, 3 June 2012 (UTC)

The article The 4th Reich (film) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Future film failing WP:NFF - photography "due to begin in August"

Speedy deletion nomination of Kalervo Kurkiala[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Kalervo Kurkiala requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Rcsprinter (warn) @ 15:16, 24 July 2012 (UTC)

Nazi Germany Portal[edit]

Hi: as to the addition of the Nazi Germany Portal link onto article pages; if the article page already has some other portal listed, it presents better to add in the Nazi Germany portal icon into the grouping of the existing ones. BTW-if you know how to add the Nazi Party flag to the portal icon in question that would be helpful. Kierzek (talk) 16:27, 1 August 2012 (UTC)

Good job on the portal icon. I have noted that I can't get the "Things you can do" section to line up correctly on my screen; does it fit properly and completely when you view it? Kierzek (talk) 21:19, 2 August 2012 (UTC)
