Global account[edit]

Hi New Age Retro Hippie! As a Steward I'm involved in the upcoming unification of all accounts organized by the Wikimedia Foundation (see m:Single User Login finalisation announcement). By looking at your account, I realized that you don't have a global account yet. In order to secure your name, I recommend you to create such account on your own by submitting your password on Special:MergeAccount and unifying your local accounts. If you have any problems with doing that or further questions, please don't hesitate to ping me with {{ping|DerHexer}}. Cheers, —DerHexer (Talk) 14:17, 2 January 2015 (UTC)

Db-username[edit]

Hi New Age Retro Hippie. I was just passing by, and I noticed that with this edit, you added the template "{{db-username}}" to the top of your user page. Template:Db-username is currently nonexistent—if you meant to request that administrators delete your user page per WP:U1, you should add {{db-u1}} to your user page instead. If, in fact, you don't want to have your user page deleted, I apologize for taking up space, and please disregard this message. Best, Mz7 (talk) 21:12, 5 March 2015 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for April 14[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Virtual Boy Wario Land, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Play (magazine). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:03, 14 April 2015 (UTC)

A little help[edit]

Hello New Age Retro Hippie. I need advice. After some issues regarding my nomination of Ash Crimson to GA, I became concerned with another article I got, K′. I'm not sure if the sources for its reception section are enough for the article so I wondered if you could find some of them since you are pretty good at finding sources. ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Good news[edit]

I got Mega Man Powered Up at Good Article status now. That takes care of that project. GamerPro64 14:56, 1 December 2015 (UTC)

Glad to hear it. The article had no business being merged with the NES game (he says, having been the one who merged it in the first place). - New Age Retro Hippie (talk) (contributions) 12:10, 5 December 2015 (UTC)
Well at least a lot of remake of games are getting their own time in the spotlight. Like Killer Instinct Gold recently. GamerPro64 13:57, 5 December 2015 (UTC)
Every once in a while, I always like to look at the list of enhanced remakes to see if there are any games that could be spun out. Because honestly, so many games are just awkwardly tacked on in a terrible separate section and do not adequately represent the game. - New Age Retro Hippie (talk) (contributions) 14:54, 5 December 2015 (UTC)

Draft:Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 concern[edit]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:33, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Cookie Crisp[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article Cookie Crisp has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Has no visible verifiable references from reliable sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 13:28, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

Nomination of Cookie Crisp for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Cookie Crisp is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cookie Crisp until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 21:35, 17 January 2016 (UTC)

Your draft article, Draft:Pokémon Black 2 and White 2[edit]

Hello, New Age Retro Hippie. It has been over six months since you last edited your Articles for Creation draft article submission, "Pokémon Black 2 and White 2".

In accordance with our policy that Articles for Creation is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 23:35, 19 February 2016 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of MunchPak[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

The article MunchPak has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Subject fails WP:GNG and WP:NCORP. This reads like a promotion piece because the source material is almost solely PR. The BuzzFeed piece says specifically "BuzzFeed may collect a small share of sales from the links on this page" which indicates it's an ad, not real coverage.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
