This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Douglas Kysar, and it appears to include material copied directly from http://www.law.yale.edu/faculty/DKysar.htm.

It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. The article will be reviewed to determine if there are any copyright issues.

If substantial content is duplicated and it is not public domain or available under a compatible license, it will be deleted. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. You may use such publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.) If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Douglas Kysar requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. I have deleted your article. Please don't use this encyclopedia for promoting a business. -- Y not? 19:11, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

`

The article High 5 Games (H5G) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article was previously deleted as self-promotion or the advertising of the author's own business venture[1]

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Strikerforce (talk) 04:17, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is a courtesy note to inform you that a request for check user case has been opened[2] that you may have an interest in. You are invited to comment, if you see fit, there per the instructions offered. Strikerforce (talk) 06:09, 15 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Because we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website, I have blocked this account; you are welcome to create a new account with a username that represents only you. You should also read our conflict of interest guideline. If your username doesn't represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice. Thank you.

Request reason:

Hello, I only have one user name. I request this hold to be removed because:

1) I do not have multiple accounts. When accused, I asked the IP addresses to be checked. Just because two users are arguing against a deletion does not mean it is the same person.
2) I think Strikerforce was acting in bad faith so that he could lock me out of the discussion of the deletion.
Please remove this hold for this false accusation.

Decline reason:

Multiple accounts or not, none of the comments above address the fact that this username violates our username policy, as was clearly indicated in the block message above. Kinu t/c 18:32, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Please tell me what user name policy I have violated. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Decline reason:

Is it? As it says quite clearly in the block notice,we have a policy against usernames that give the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website. --jpgordon::==( o ) 18:40, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I have asserted that I do not represent this or any group. I created an article about High 5 Games because I read about the company in the news. In fact, another administrator on that Talk Page has as of today backed up my claims about the article being noteworthy.

The burden absolutely lies with you to assert how I somehow represent a group because otherwise you are asking me to prove a negative which is logically impossible. Continuing this block is pure censorship and is in no way warranted.

Decline reason:

As explained by User:Jpgordon and User:Orangemike below, and has been indicated previously, this username gives the impression of representing a group, and thus violates policy. Kinu t/c 20:01, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

We're not asserting you represent a group. We are asserting that your username gives the impression that the account represents a group. The difference should be obvious to someone signing himself as someone associated with a law school. --jpgordon::==( o ) 19:36, 25 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You are not NYU Law School, and thus cannot use its name. Additionally, since NYU Law School is a collective entity, under our rules agents or officers of NYU Law School could not use the username Nyulawschool either, as such "role accounts" are forbidden.
