Thanks for your feedback
Hi! cstross here. Thanks for your helpful notes.
I will not normally edit an article relating to myself or my work; I'm aware of the potential for conflict of interest and seek to avoid it. However, in the case of the "Charles Stross" page, I noticed (a) a broken link (to a non-existent web page), and (b) an incorrect book title (the book is due for publication in 2015; the title has been changed recently, subsequent to the previous edit on the page). As I didn't have time to find and pester another wikipedia editor to fix them, I decided to apply a quick fix on this occasion only. Cstross (talk) 22:41, 21 September 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for the edit; I eagerly await the novel (and want to read more of the cat :).--Oneiros (talk) 00:01, 22 September 2014 (UTC)
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
