The article you are drafting is very close to an advert and promotional in tone. You also appear to have copied copyright photographs and uploaded them (e.g., from her LinkedIn profile). So, you are either allowed to do this - which means you have a conflict - or you have breached her copyright, which is a very serious issue. Which is it? Within McDonald's website (www.lexymcdonald.com) under "terms" in the footer of her website, it states "All content within this website is owned by us and you may view, print out, and utilize the website for royalty-free use of, printable resources, how-to guides and all images within the site.".
