You note two different copyright holders of this image, one of which is supposedly you. While artists can upload their own copyrighted images (and by doing so, release them under GFDL), you cannot upload something under copyright by more than one person without that person's explicit permission. If that person authorizes the image to be released under the GFDL, the image can stay up. James 00:00, August 3, 2005 (UTC)
