Always and Forever

[edit]

Do you happen to know when Always and Forever (song) was released as a digital download? I'd like to add it to the release history. Thanks Grk1011 (talk) 04:19, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yea I checked everywhere, they offered it for free on mpgreek, but I want to know the date that they started that. hmm. Grk1011 (talk) 14:18, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Secret Combination

[edit]

I was editing it at the time :) Grk1011 (talk) 15:24, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

how are they not in the right sections? seems fine to me cept for that big empty space, is that what youre talking about? You can edit now, it was just that before we were editing at the same time and i pressed save first. Grk1011 (talk) 15:52, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
ooo, do you have a widescreen monitor? because im at my friends house who has one and the pics are not in the right spots even though they are when viewed at my house on my reg screen with 1024x768 res. Grk1011 (talk) 19:28, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
widescreen makes all of the pages look bad, i guess maybe dont stretch the internet box out to full screen, make it more squarish and youll see what most see. Grk1011 (talk) 19:36, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
in the top right of the screen press the middle button and the screen will shrink, then use the little dots on the bottom right of the screen (click and drag) to resize. Grk1011 (talk) 21:15, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
i know a little, mostly from music, a little from greek school. id say enough to get around a greek website to find sources and stuff like that. I know the alphabet. Grk1011 (talk) 23:17, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Looking at your talk page history, you were repeatedly warned about adding unsourced sales figures. You've since added unsourced info at Gwen Stefani discography (link) after your final warning. Spellcast (talk) 08:49, 24 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

To Fili Tis Zois

[edit]

If you have all of the chart stuff for to fili tis zois, maybe you should put them in the article in a "by week" chart as seen in 10 Hronia Mazi. Grk1011 (talk) 16:36, 25 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Iparhi Logos

[edit]

According to Greekboy, MAD says that its 2x plat. I'd have to say that her website is out of date and the album has since gone 2x. It's no surprise, greek artists barely ever update their websites. Grk1011 (talk) 22:05, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Help

[edit]

Oh, its okay, I dont mind. I'm just happy that you have new information and are contributing :) Grk1011 (talk) 19:38, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

haha. That's because I check the diffs for every page on my watchlist. Like I said, I'm happy to fix/incorporate any new info into the articles. It saves me time from trying to find them myself. Grk1011 (talk) 19:45, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Good, I love new stuff. Do you have AIM or Windows Live? Grk1011 (talk) 19:49, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Are you on? Grk1011 (talk) 19:56, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

discography

[edit]

It's nice, but i dont think she has enough for 2 pages, and, we certainly dont have enough info. We could use a modification of it though. Grk1011 (talk) 16:36, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Charts

[edit]

You went a little overboard on the charts. Only official charts are allowed, no radio stations, random charts that you find, and mp3 download sites. look at pages for American singers to see what types are acceptable. Grk1011 (talk) 21:32, 5 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I made an exception for itunes. it technically should not be used, but since it is so widely known and we use it on a number of other page i said fine. Grk1011 (talk) 14:23, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:Porta Gia Ton Ourano-Elena Paparizou (Digital Single).JPG. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 07:05, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Elena's new album

[edit]

Thanks for creating a huge mess with the new album. You do NOT copy paste. Me and alex are trying to get it straightened out so dont panic and try to copy it back. Grk1011 (talk) 18:56, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

it needs to be approved at requests for page moves first. normally its easier, but since you already made the new page, we have to do it this way. edit it like it is the new one.Grk1011 (talk) 20:05, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'll do what i can to try to speed it up, but just remember never to do what you did again. Grk1011 (talk) 20:28, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It needs to be moved by an administrator, and the requests for moves page is a little slow these days. Grk1011 (talk) 20:33, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Did you happen to see him on the street??? where did you get the new date from. You HAVE to provide a source, people aren't just going to take your word, though i would. Grk1011 (talk) 18:54, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

i know that i haven't a source but he sent me a messagemon facebook.OK there is no source but there is no reason to change because tomorrow we are going to have .Don't react like i did sth so bad Panagiotis
First of all, respond where the convo was started. I'm just saying that tho it may be true, we need to have a source since this is an encyclopedia. And if you were thinking about it, dont make a page for the next single. Grk1011 (talk) 19:01, 27 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I thought the 5th was def the date?? Thats why you need to wait. Also when changing a source, just insert the information in the right place, ie title, address, date. Don't just stick a link in. Grk1011 (talk) 16:42, 29 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Help

[edit]

I checked your contribs and nothing seems unusual, give me a link for a diff that you think is fishy. Also, consider changing your password. Grk1011 (talk) 03:20, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That's probably because someone edited the page after you. Grk1011 (talk) 13:44, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I told you not to make a page for it. Unless its a CD Single, it really shouldn't have a page. Its not necessary since pretty much all of the info could be put on the album's page. Grk1011 (talk) 20:38, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

okay, then add the cover, and check other artists to see if every "single" has a page. Remembering that a single is different in Greece than other places. Grk1011 (talk) 20:45, 2 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Elena's picture

[edit]

No, you can't use any of those pictures because they were not taken by you or someone else and allowed to be copied. You don't own the copyright, so you would be "stealing" them. Also, refer to her as Paparizou in articles because you don't know her personally and thats the way we're supposed to do it. Sign with FOUR ~~~~ so people know who you are and from now on im responding where the convo is started, so if you write on my talk page, i will write to you on my talk page, not yours. Grk1011 (talk) 19:41, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No because that still doesnt make them yours. You dont have the right to take someones pic and put it on wiki. Grk1011 (talk) 02:43, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

According to what you wrote, it was released in july before it was recorded in december????? look at the infobox. Grk1011 (talk) 12:13, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

yeah i know it's odd but it's true you can see that in the official sony bmg site

How can it be true if it is impossible. You can't release a dvd before you've made it. Grk1011 (talk) 13:19, 10 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ok i corrected it but i have found 2 different dates the 1st is in July and the other in March

Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:Peggy_Zina-Noima(cover_no_2).jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. Ticket sales for Summer tour

[edit]

I took out the ticket sales for the Summer Tour. To have them, you need a reliable published source. Greekboy (talk) 06:47, 26 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You could ask me if i have a source before delete them all.

The facebook page is not considered a reliable source on wikipedia, so it wont work. I knew that was the source from Paparizou Place forum, thats why I took them out. It needs to be on a news site like Mad or her official website. Also on a side note, there is a "show preview" button next to save page. You seem to make so many edits, to add 1 little piece of information in an article. lol :p Greekboy (talk) 23:44, 26 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Mihalis Hatzigiannis-Filoi kai Exthroi Special Edition.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Helena Paparizou-To Fili Tis Zois(Sound).ogg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Helena Paparizou-To Fili Tis Zois(Sound).ogg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.
