Welcome to Wikipedia, PankajSaksena! Thank you for your contributions. I am Green Giant and I have been editing Wikipedia for some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Green Giant (talk) 17:45, 19 August 2014 (UTC)

Copyright problem icon Your addition to Madhya Pradesh has been removed, as it appears to have added copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder. From WP:MOSIMAGE: "Avoid sandwiching text between two images that face each other, and between an image and an infobox or similar." We don't stuff articles full of images. --NeilN talk to me 16:49, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

I was going to link you to this also. Please read it carefully and make sure you follow it. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 17:03, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

@ Dougweller Thanks for the warning. I will take it under consideration.

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Odisha. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 16:56, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

Madhya Pradesh[edit]

Would you also bring the images on this page in line with our guidelines, please. I know you weren't aware of them but I'm sure you would want any article you edit to comply with our guidelines. Also note that in its present state its images,if nothing else, would prevent it from reaching GA or FA status. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 17:09, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

@Dougweller Okay, I will correct this within 24 hours. I would very much want the article to reach the Good Article status. I wanted to ask, should I make a Gallery of a few more images and leave a few in the section? Would that help?

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (Insert-signature.png or Button sig.png) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. NeilN talk to me 17:22, 4 September 2014 (UTC)

Notifying people[edit]

I noticed you using our @[user] syntax. This won't notify people you've replied unless you use the proper markup - either {{ping|NeilN}} or {{u|NeilN}} (for example). --NeilN talk to me 17:27, 4 September 2014 (UTC)
