Like its predecessors it has been deleted, as you have failed to establish notability according to Wikipedia's guidelines. The way in which you persistently recreate this biography under various names in order to get around the salting of the previous names is patently disruptive. Please refrain from doing so again, or you will end up being blocked from editing. Furthermore, I must ask you not to recreate the article in your user space. As explained in WP:STALEDRAFT, such user space drafts are only allowed when there is a realistic chance of them becoming real articles. At present, this is not the case.
