Actually Talk:List of castles in the Republic of Ireland exists; so does Talk:Killahara castle. If they didn't exist, you could create the talk pages for those articles by clicking on the corresponding "talk" tab at the very top next to "Article". I'm not sure what you want to sign; edits on talk pages should be signed so others can easily see who said what, but edits to articles and edit summaries need no signature - page histories already clarify who made what edit.
