Request reason:

OK. I'm blocked. Why? I've made dozens of constructive edits with both my mother's IP address and this account for years now. Many years, in fact. Fair enough, I was User:Grace Saunders quite a long time ago. However, I'll safely say I didn't troll anybody with that account, or any other accounts I created either. All that actually happened was that sneaky users on here were deliberately causing a stir and saying I had multiple IDs and that I was the one harassing them (when I wasn't). I'll admit that their behavior riled me up and I did flame them on the investigation page, more so in retaliation. They're the same people that edited the Grace Saunders page about me at Encyclopedia Dramatica, some 10 years ago. So how is that fair, or even legally acceptable behavior on their part? Dozens of users all around the Internet have been harassing me for most of the previous two decades on many websites out there, and creating articles like the one I just mentioned, to attempt to defame me. I'll even email you links to message boards, as I know certain websites cannot be posted here. Take my word for it - I feel my ban today is a sham. I also recently got an email from the administrator who just blocked me, potentially lying to me about deleting that troll's supposedly "accidentally" posted edits, when they were indeed vandalism, and I reported the abuse he caused to an ISP in New Zealand so it seems he was up mopping up traces of his abuse so nothing fell back on this site, when the person's actions did occur here as well. He asked for more info. I gave him tons in a few replies. I've also posted on a lot of technical type forums over the past year, hoping users could help me deal with the stalker in question in a rational manner. It's the start of the year, and this account is hereby blocked. It's quite silly actually, and things like this always upset me, especially since new years are supposed to be like a fresh beginning for some people, yet I feel I'm unfairly banned. I'll say also that I've also kept within the rules here at Wikipedia for the most part, apart from when I tagged that guy's profiles (User: Escapement, by the way) for intentionally ruining my peace. Other than that, I've made more edits than all of those people combined, so I don't get why I'm banned, while he can create huge amounts of IDs and get away with it.PeterMan844 (talk) 20:39, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

Decline reason:

"I was User:Grace Saunders quite a long time ago." So you admit to circumventing a ban. To be blunt, the rest of your unblock notice does not matter. You're evading a ban, and that's pretty much as clear cut as it gets. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:43, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired.

You cannot removed declined unblock requests from your talkpage. As it stands to prevent further disruption, I'm removing talk page access. RickinBaltimore (talk) 20:52, 2 January 2018 (UTC)

The article Livin' Blues has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No suitable references even indicating existence.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
