Hi Philip. Thank you for the info: I have updated the article. Originally I wrote that from the 1980 Grove, but I see that Iain Fenlon has made a few (minor but significant) updates to his article in the online version. I remember seeing yet another source indicating that the piece was performed in England in 1567, but can't recall where I read that. CD notes maybe?
