Just dropping a note to explain why I have temporarily removed your addition to hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Firstly, the source you used (a case report) is probably not the ideal kind of reference for an encyclopedia article (see WP:MEDRS for background). Secondly, it states the obvious by suggesting that the decision should be based on weighing the risks and benefits with the patient (something we already allude to in the article).
