- For any tools to edit and monitor Wikipedia I would start by looking at the list at Wikipedia:Tools. Regarding the learning resources. No, Wikiversity never seems to have really gotten of the ground for various reasons. Wikibooks is probably still the best resource for learning materials from Wikimedia.
