We hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! By the way, you can sign your name on talk and vote pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 00:46, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

External links[edit]

See the policy for inclusion of external links. there are dozens of sites that provide the same content as the site you entered hence there is no reason to specifically add it except to promote the site, particularly when added to multiple articles, hence spam. -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 00:46, 25 May 2013 (UTC)

There is no "right" to have an external link included, even if you think it meets the policy criteria.
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a how to site.
If you feel there is a case where the external link provides the "unique information about the subject", you can start a discussion on the talk page and make your specific case there.-- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 18:05, 29 May 2013 (UTC)
