Qazi Noor-ul-Haq (Urdu: قاضی نور الحق ) was born 4 February 1915 (19 Rabi-al-awwal, 1333A.H.) in Dhab Kalan, District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan which is located midway between Islamabad and Lahore. He is renowned as a Sufi saint, a sufi Poet and a great Hanafi scholar. He wrote a hand written book about his grandfather a great Sufi Saint Peer Hafiz Qazi Abdul Haleem R.A.

Early childhood[edit]

His Father Peer Qazi Fazal Noor died when he was three year old so he was grown up by his elder brother Peer Qazi Fazal ul Haq R.A.

Early education[edit]

Qazi Noor-ul-Haq received his early education about the Quran from his elder brother Peer Qazi Fazal ul Haq R.A.Later we went Madarasof Bhera Sharif and got education of Urdu, Persian and Arabic. He completed course of Munshi Fazil and Molvi Fazil from here and come back to his village Dhab Kalan in 1937.

Marriage[edit]

When he returned home after completing his studies, he married the daughter of his cousin Qazi Allah Noor who belonged to his father’s family living in the same village Dhab Kalan, District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan

Service in Hong Kong Army (1941 till 1945)[edit]

After 3 years of his marriage he got service in Hong Kong Army as a Islamic Teacher where he work till 1945. In 1945 due to second word war he returned back via China along with his three friends.

Service in Educational Department(1948 till 1967)[edit]

After returning back from Hong Kong he joined educational field in 1948 and then in next 19 years he appointed in different village /cities as a Arbic and Persian teacher such as Pari Darvaiza, Bhaun, Darhial jalip, Basharat, Khan poor, Domeli and Chakwal. In 1967 after completion of his service he decided to spend his whole life for Islam in his area.

Work for Islam (1967 till 1982)[edit]

After returning back from Hong Kong he joined educational field in 1948 and then in next 19 years he appointed in different village /cities as a Arbic and Persian teacher such as Pari Darvaiza, Bhaun, Darhial jalip, Basharat, Khan poor, Domeli and Chakwal. In 1967 after completion of his service he decided to spend his whole life for Islam in his area.

Children[edit]

Qazi Noor-ul-Haq has one Daughther and three son (QaziAnwar-ul-Haq, Qazi Zafar Iqbal and Qazi Masood-ul-Haq). His youngest son (Qazi Masood-ul-Haq) was died in 1963.

Died[edit]

Qazi Noor-ul-Haq was died on 1 February 1982 Rabi-al-awwal, 1402A.H.) in Dhab Kalan, District Chakwal, Punjab, Pakistan which is located midway between Islamabad and Lahore.
