Sourcing

[edit]

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Goatse.cx&diff=317107957&oldid=317036071 You added back the paragraph with the rationale "there are probably other sources." That is not an acceptable rationale. The other sources must be found first. Then you can add back the paragraph.

You need a source that compares that particular TIME magazine cover to Goatse. It can be a reputable newspaper or it can be a journal entry. Wired magazine, PC World, etc. are acceptable. "Official blogs" of newspapers and magazines are acceptable too. WhisperToMe (talk) 00:01, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I also added the citation needed template. I was just trying to keep it from getting lost if there actually is such a source. If you Google, this is clearly in the blogosphere. The Time cover is even at the top! It just needs a good source. Maybe 10 personal blogs together are acceptable as a source? Remco47 (talk) 11:39, 4 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Goats, to the east!

Hey there! The Sandbox doesn't count. Cheers, Master of Puppets 16:29, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I can undelete it for sure. There are no free-use alternatives, I'm assuming? Master of Puppets 18:24, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I'm on a public computer at the moment, so I can't undelete it now. I can either do it when I get back to my laptop or you could ask another administrator; I'm sure they'd be happy to help. Cheers, Public Puppets (talk) 18:36, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

RaRa DRV -- Draft ready

[edit]

You commented on the deletion review on RaRa. I have prepared a userspace draft, linked in that DRV discussion. I think it deals with the problem of insufficient sourcing. Your comments would be welcome. DES (talk) 07:31, 23 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
