Thanks for your changes to botulism. I have made some changes to the content you added, because there were some factual problems with it. Patients with botulism are very poor candidates for non-invasive ventilation due to inability to protect their airway and are therefore usually mechanically ventilated. There is also an enormous distinction between respiratory paralysis, respiratory failure and respiratory arrest; please be cautious with this terminology. JFW | T@lk 20:23, 23 September 2012 (UTC)
