Cable channels[edit]

In articles about cable channels, please don't replace "Available on most cable systems" and "Check local listings for channels" with the channel for one cable provider. There are a large number of cable systems, and channel assignments vary, even on systems operated by the same provider. Thanks. Trivialist (talk) 17:57, 14 April 2012 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Re: DonDonP1's talk page at Logopedia[edit]

Yeah, I got globally blocked on 27 June (three days ago) and any edits on Logopedia that day in my name were not actually me - I was asleep in bed at the time! Crazy Muzzarino reported me to VSTF for vandalising Logopedia, but it wasn't me. My email and password were changed, I must have been hacked somehow, you're right about that. I've tried getting in touch with Wikia but I've not heard back after two and a half days. I don't know who this Neilman102 guy you mentioned is, but I see he got locally blocked for sockpuppetry by VSTF on the same day I got blocked, so I do wonder if his IP matched up - only Wikia staff would know for sure though.
