Note that I also have some concerns with your edits. It's inappropriate to add promotional material to Wikipedia and you have to be careful of conflicts of interest. See WP:PROMO and WP:COI. Request reason:

I would like to request unblock as I am not able to edit the page I have created, nor upload content for the public. I do not intend to threaten or offend anyone or to use to page for marketing or promotion. My aim here is to correct and refresh the uploaded content which is about the history of the Hospital in the Rock Nuclear Bunker Museum. As I work with historians, I have access to the documents covering the past events of this institution, but due to the block I cannot edit the page.
