September 2007[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. You may be new,[edit]

But you've got more sense about you than a lot of folks around here. I may have been on Wikipedia for a while but I really just lurk until I see something that needs fixing. Your edits and talk page comments are straightforward and focus on maintaining a tidy, informative article. I find we're usually in agreement because of that. Keep up the good work! Coreycubed 18:43, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that, I'm flattered.Satoryu 20:07, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
So much for "And flatery will get you nowhere GK." By the way, is someone gonna delete that thing about me up there?Green Kirby 00:13, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Heheh, good catch. And if you think that edit war message above is about you, it isn't. That occured before you showed up.Satoryu 04:24, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New Userbox[edit]

This user is respected by Tinkleheimer and has done great work in Tinkleheimer's eyes.

I made my very first userbox and am passing it out. I won't be terribly offended if don't put it on your page. And if you want to make one for yourself, just create a subpage under your user page and just copy/paste the code from User:Tinkleheimer/RespectedByTinkleheimer. Thanks!!Trevor "Tinkleheimer" Haworth 02:56, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

yes there is[edit]

Tell me how when i added it you guys were like why did you change it and when someone else put it you are like on top of him/her saying its pefect.--DarkFierceDeityLink 00:26, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Explain.[edit]

I can't help but notice there's no mention of the version of SOTN available from the newly PC-accessible Playstation Store. So I add one in the PSP section, and it's promptly removed without explanation.

It was already mentioned in the introductory paragraphs. No need to mention it again. Besides, you added that comment in the Differences section.Satoryu (talk) 03:08, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
On a more thorough rereading, I notice that part, but since the PS3's PS Network and PC's PS Store are distinctly different (store not requiring a PS3 for access or transfers), I figured it was worth adding somehow. Maybe a minor edit in the intro paragraph. - Wycked (talk) 03:16, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Good enough, I suppose. Wycked (talk) 03:07, 29 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ZX3[edit]

While I know nothing official has been said, I still think a mention of the foreshadowing of MegaMan ZX3 deserves a spot on the Advent page. There have been articles that had sections like this in the past, so why not this one? Jon24hours (talk) 21:28, 9 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Comment[edit]

I guess it is a good thing if we don't reveal the leak...

Sorry ^_^ J Crossing (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 05:30, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm headed to bed. Dojo's obviously not in a hurry to say anything on the matter. I'll be keeping an eye on it tomorrow, but like you said, however it works out one way or the other is fine. I just want it to be for the *right* reasons, not people's personal preferences on spoilers. If it's verifiable, it shouldn't matter.

...right? :p Coreycubed (talk) 07:22, 21 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Something interesting:[edit]

Since you appear to be a prominent editor of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I think you should be aware of a possible issue that may come up concerning Wii Ware downloads for the game. On GameFAQs, I found this link [2], where there appears to be some evidence (however suspicious/ unreadable/ unreliable) that there will be downloadable content for the game available at some point after its release. This is seemingly supported by rumors of unused content hidden in the game's data. I neither support this possibility nor reject it, but I do think it should be kept in mind until it is conclusively proven as either fact or fiction. Since I only occasionally edit the SSBB article myself, I thought it best to alert you of this info to use as you will, should it be of any use at all.

Besides that, though, great work on maintaining the article.  Comandante  Talk  23:27, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I answer my own speculation: http://wii.ign.com/articles/853/853748p1.html
It appears DLC rumors are quashed once and for all. Unfortunate, but at least that issue is out of the way. Just posting this in case you still had any interest in how things turned out.  Comandante Talk 21:18, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Smash Bros series[edit]

Sorry about reverting back too far, didn't notice till afterwards. Still, I wanted to show you Kingdom Hearts (series) which is FA, and Mana (series) which I hope will be FA soon, these are my guidelines for helping build up the article. I really think that there could be a great Smash Featured Topic, so I wanted to help the series article. :) Judgesurreal777 (talk) 03:52, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No I agree with you, those articles don't, but after Kingdom Hearts had one, and Mana has one and will probably pass, I have a feeling it will be required when we take it to FA. Judgesurreal777 (talk) 04:13, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My Bad on SSBB[edit]

I can see why you deleted my info on the midnight release and tournament of the game on the Brawl Article. --Wikialexdx (talk) 05:00, 27 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Satoryu, I've given you the rollback feature, which allows quick reversion of edits by a user. Since you work on heavily vandalized Nintendo articles, I figure I can't go wrong with giving it to you. Just remember, do not use rollback on good faith edits or in an edit war, or the tool may be revoked. If you'd like to test it out, you can head to Wikipedia:New admin school/Rollback. Happy editing! bibliomaniac15 I see no changes 05:21, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mega-man Wii[edit]

http://consoleupdates.com/2007/11/19/mega-man-for-the-wii/

I found this and found other saying that there will be a megaman game for the wii. I wanted to share it with you.--Lbrun12415 22:24, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Guilty Gear XX Revision changes[edit]

You undid my revision on the guilty gear XX page the other day where I added an external link. If you take a look at most other video game wikipedia articles, there are plenty of reviews in the external links. I don't understand why it is necessary to take that out. I understand if it would be necessary to put IGN and gamespot's reviews as well. But why take down a link to a review of the game. Game reviews are an important piece of information when reading up about a game. Just a thought.

Super Smash Bros. Brawl NZ/AUS release date[edit]

Ok. Sorry, will wait for it to appear on the nintendo website. —Preceding unsigned comment added by KylePIB (talkcontribs) 02:11, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Brawl[edit]

We've been working on this article, side-by-side, for such a long time, and not once have we messaged each other! How odd... Anyways, I've been thinking for quite a while for re-nominating Brawl at the FAC. The previous one was a huge peer review (even though according to guidelines, it isn't supposed to be). Another one by dihydrogen monoxide also helped a lot.

The problem is, I'm visiting China in a few days, and was wondering if you would like to take on the task as co-nominator, at least for as long as I'm gone. Please reply if you're interested. P.S. Congrats on making a whopping 328 edits on the article. Thanks! --haha169 (talk) 00:14, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Really? I thought you've been around Wikipedia for quite a long time...even longer than me. All right, then. I guess I'll wait until I'm back home from China, and completed with MEHAP summer work.--haha169 (talk) 00:33, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
That may be true, but I was on a half-year long wikibreak not so long ago. (About 5 months ago did I end that wiki-break). So, I guess I'll be nominating sometime during the summer. In the meantime, could you help me with Super Smash Bros.? Part of the Featured Topic deal includes that article becoming a GA. (As well as Brawl becoming FA)--haha169 (talk) 00:56, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! If you want to give the topic some support, its over at WP:FTC right now. :) --haha169 (talk) 15:38, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (File:Dxccover.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Dxccover.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 21:51, 28 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
