Thanks for uploading Image:X944NUB.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Yes, I hope it can be kept too! In case you don't know, your image needs to be licensed. You may want to look at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/Free licenses, which gives all of the information you need on licensing the above image. There are various different types. I would personally recommended either {{pd-self}} or {{Cc-by-3.0}}, but you can choose which you feel best. Added either of these to the image page would fix the problem. I would ask you to try and fix the problem quickly if possible please, so the image is not deleted. Thanks, Arriva436^talk 15:59, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Hi, the claim (before people started editing it) is from the text body in both the 2004 NAO and the 2011 DfT report '3.4 In 2004 the National Audit Office (NAO) in their report examined four light rail systems: Sheffield Supertram, Midland Metro, Croydon Tramlink and Manchester Metrolink. They found that actual passenger numbers fell well short of promoter forecasts in three of the four systems' As the Parliamentary source supplied shows that Nottingham failed to reach maturity targets either it means Metrolink is the only system to have met or exceeded promoter forecasts (though Croydon eventually met it much later after Tfl bought out the systems owner and dropped fares to a pound a journey).
