I think your proposed category is a good idea. Copperchair 16:50, 31 July 2005 (UTC)
Why did you disable all the links at Reinhard Heydrich? If it was by mistake, you can use the "preview" button to see what effect the changes will have before you make them. -Husnock 00:20, 16 September 2005 (UTC) Hi Shimbo Be pleased to make the amendation to Jellicoe-but tell me of any major error he made at Jutland-taking into consideration the info he had. Perhaps the British criticism came more from injured pride-they thought they ought to win. Polycarp

Close Combat RAF
Check it out...not much but a start. http://www.closecombat.org/forums/showthread.php?t=10250&highlight=RAF Motorfix 23:27, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
I mentioned that Park was in overall command of Biggin Hill, which he was. Biggin Hill was one of the aerodromes in Group 11 at the time. Also, Biggin Hill is probably the most famous of the Battle of Britain aerodromes and was key to the defence of London. I never mentioned Duxford. I also never said that the other other gentleman was incorrect. He said I was. I do have a problem with him being associated with "Group 11", as it is a very technical name. I do feel that some of these people like Dowding and Park should have some recognition, as they are often overshadowed in these WW2 articles by Patton, Spruance, Spaatz, Mark Clark etc etc. Wallie 00:13, 2 August 2006 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
Speedy deletion nomination of Graeme Shimmin
A tag has been placed on Graeme Shimmin requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), web content or organised event, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
The article reads as a personal advertisement and not much more than a link to your own personal websites. Additionally, writing an autobiography is advised against. See WP:BIO. --Steven Williamson (HiB2Bornot2B) - talk ▓▒░ Go Big Blue! ░▒▓ 16:05, 14 October 2014 (UTC)

- Try reading Wikipedia:Identifying reliable sources. Authors who thanked you for helping them are hardly independent, nor are their comments evidence of anything except the fact that your group exists. Deb (talk) 11:50, 29 October 2014 (UTC)
