Christine Brenner Bio[edit]

Mistbreeze, I am trying to place the bio of a woman owned defense contractor. What suggestions can you make to help my placement. I can also do the bio on the company its self would that help?

My concern is that there isn't enough notability to warrant a biography page for Christine Brenner. My suggestion is to ensure that your article is properly sourced, does not have any original research, and is written in a neutral point of view. I also suggest reading both this page and this page to get a better idea of what we look for in biographies of living people. If you have any more questions, please feel free to reach out to me! User:ABatt Contribs[edit]

Hello, I made two edits to virtual reality and Anthony Batt. You removed them because they seemed like promotion. They're not promotion. How can resolve? Abatt (talk) 22:48, 3 June 2017 (UTC)

@Abatt: Thank you for reaching out to me. I'm more than happy to explain my rationale to interested editors. I reverted your edit to Anthony Batt for two reasons. My first reason was that Wikipedia is not intended for self-promotion. Additionally, your edits in addition to your username choice led me to believe that it was an attempt to create an autobiography. I was also concerned that there would be notability concerns with your entry (it's very rare that we'll keep an article about an up and coming person or business. The second reason is, simply put, the article Anthony Batt was already taken for someone else with the same name. We have a process for handling article titles with the same name. Mistbreeze (talk) 23:11, 3 June 2017 (UTC)
@Abatt: It is also worth mentioning that, because I reverted your addition to Anthony Batt for the reasons I stated above, it would have been inappropriate for me to leave your edit to Virtual reality intact. Anthony Batt, as it's currently written, is about a Benedictine monk. Mistbreeze (talk) 23:16, 3 June 2017 (UTC)

This makes perfect sense. Thanks for explaining the details to me. I wish it would be easier to update Wikipedia. Abatt (talk) 02:06, 4 June 2017 (UTC)

Wiki entry on Boaz Tsaban[edit]

Hello,

Thank you for your message re the edits of the entry "Boaz Tsaban" (that refers to myself). You have kindly suggested that I may ask you to proofread my edits to this page, to verify that they are professional and objective, and avoid conflicts of interest. Would you kindly proofread this entry and let me know if you find any problem?

Also, in your message there were a number of comments that I couldn't figure if they are relevant to me, and seem to be generic comments sent to everyone in a similar situation (adding one's own entry, for example). If you see any comment that I still need to take care of, kindly let me know.

Thank you for your help.

Boaz

Pending changes[edit]

Hi Mistbreeze, when reviewing pending changes please ensure that you do not accept edits that add unsourced material, especially to biography articles. In this specific case this was the same information I enabled the protection to prevent. Thank you, --Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 20:45, 6 June 2017 (UTC)
