Hi there, Silva Selva, and welcome to Women in Red. It's great to have a Mexican librarian in the project, especially as you are fluent in a number of languages. Although you have not yet contributed very much to the English version of Wikipedia, I see you have created over a hundred articles in Spanish. While many of your women's biographies already have an English equivalent, I see there are a few which are still missing. Perhaps you can help to bridge these gaps. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
