Category:Top-importance Chicago articles[edit]

For the rest of this month we are looking for more candidates to be promoted to Category:Top-importance Chicago articles. We are hoping to bring the list of category members to a total of 50. Either you have participated in past votes and discussions or you have recently signed up to be a part of WP:CHICAGO. In either case, please come visit Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Chicago/Assessment where we are determining who to add to the September 1st ballot. Predestination paradox[edit]

Hello, Simulcra. In May 2012 you proposed merging Predestination paradox to Bootstrap paradox. It appears, however, that there has been no further discussion of your proposal. Perhaps you would consider either renewing the discussion or removing the {{merge to}} template. Happy editing, Cnilep (talk) 01:15, 10 May 2013 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for April 20[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Economy of California, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chevron (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
