Sobo14, I think it's pretty cool you're working on the page about your hometown. I noticed that ClueBot popped some of your stuff. If you don't know what it ClueBot is, it's a program that people run on the site to try to catch people vandalizing pages. For example it looks for cuss words or people deleting large chunks of texts. The thing it said if found on your edits was the exclamation points. This is because often people who vandalize pages sometimes put stupid expressions ending exclamation points like "I like Chicken!!!" ClueBot is pretty good most of the time but it makes mistakes, but don't let it discourage you. You did the right thing reporting it to the false positive page. Another thing that might help is that I will put a template on top of the article to let people know you are working on it. You can find some templates that are useful on this page.
