Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Changchun Railway Vehicles, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Velaro. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

CVUA Graduate

[edit]

Congratulations! You have completed the Counter Vandalism Unit Academy course! Apologies about the delay. This has been on my list of things to do for a while now, and I should have gotten around to it earlier. Once I've figured out how to post the CVUA worksheet to your userspace, I shall do so. Again, congratulations! Boomer VialHolla! We gonna ball! 22:13, 23 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks a million, Boomer! I mainly wanted to enroll in CVUA because my previous requests for rollback and pending changes reviewer have been denied and the declining admin suggested that I enroll so that I can learn more about what is and is not vandalism. Having graduated from CVUA, I am about to request these rights again, and would also like to apply for autopatrolled and new page reviewer as well. Would you be willing to endorse me as needed? Cheers, <<< SOME GADGET GEEK >>> (talk) 01:48, 24 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User rights

[edit]

Hello Some Gadget Geek. Your account has been granted the "rollbacker" and "pending changes reviewer" user rights. These user rights allow you to review other users' edits on pages protected by pending changes and quickly revert the edits of other users.

Rollback user right
Please keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
Pending changes reviewer user right
The list of articles awaiting review is located at Special:PendingChanges, while the list of articles that have pending changes protection enabled is located at Special:StablePages. You may find the following pages useful to review:

Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of reviewer or rollback. If you no longer want either of these user rights, contact me and I'll remove it, alternatively you can leave a request on the administrators' noticeboard. Happy editing! Proposed deletion of Aekuni Shrine

[edit]

The article Aekuni Shrine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Has no visible verifiable references from reliable sources.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.   — Jeff G. ツ (talk) 00:11, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Signature check?

[edit]

Is the below signature too long as per requirements? Thanks,

I don't see it as problematic. My only thought is that since some words are used in other contexts. So perhaps clumping them together could reduce confusion: SomeGadgetGeek for example. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions! Drewmutt (^ᴥ^) talk 12:33, 25 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
