Suggestion, since the page got deleted, create a user subpage, in this case I would call it User:SongspiritUSA/Peter_Toon, and write the article there, and then we can make sure the page isn't plagarism or conflict with anything else. We normally don't see articles where 3 generations of ancestors are directly named, unless they have individual notability.
