All of the scores posted from the 2017 Mayo Intermediate Football Championship come from the Mayo News Sport Section. Their aren't links for those scores. There might be for the knock out stage.

Thanks for responding, do you mean you took them from printed newspapers you no longer have? You may still be able to find them online, or other sources online. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 06:44, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Spierce, you are still editing and have now created another unreferenced article. Can you please respond to my messages? Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 12:27, 23 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Boleyn, I will look to add references to the Dublin Senior hurling championships once I am unblocked.

Can you please respond to the many messages I have sent you over the last five months? WP:Communication is required on Wikipedia, as well as polite. Please also see WP:BURDEN and WP:V.

The unreferenced articles you have created include: 2017 Tyrone Senior Football Championship, Dub Stars Football and Hurling Challenge, Dublin Under 21 Hurling Championship, 2017 Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling Championship, 2017 Limerick Senior Hurling Championship, 2017 Kerry Intermediate Football Championship, 2017–18 All-Ireland Intermediate Club Football Championship, 2017 Waterford Senior Hurling Championship, 2017 Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship, 2017 Antrim Senior Hurling Championship, 2015 Derry Senior Hurling Championship, 2017 Derry Senior Hurling Championship, 2016 Derry Senior Hurling Championship, 2017 Derry Senior Football Championship, 2016 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship, 2016 All-Ireland Under-21 Football Championship. Can you please respond? Boleyn (talk) 21:24, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Boleyn, I will try to reference all of these once I am unblocked. I am not sure if their is a way to move certain articles from draft back to a main article or if you have to do that as quite a lot of the 2017 club football championships are currently in draft. Get back to me when you can. (Spierce64006 (talk) 10:23, 19 February 2018 (UTC))[reply]

You have been blocked from editing indefinitely for refusal to communicate when concerns are expressed about your contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Floquenbeam (talk) 22:22, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is a collaborative project. If you refuse to communicate with other editors, you cannot edit here. Once you have begun to engage with people who have left you messages here on your talk page, and said that you'll continue to do so in the future, any admin can unblock you. But communication is not optional. --Floquenbeam (talk) 22:23, 31 January 2018 (UTC) [reply]

There is no reason to request an unblock via UTRS, as the note above and the block notice say, you can edit this page. --Floquenbeam (talk) 22:52, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:Spierce64006 I am not sure how to communicate with mods. Do I just leave a message on their page or is their private message?

There aren't really "mods" in the traditional sense, but I am the administrator who blocked this account. Since you are blocked, you can only edit this page. You can type a message on this page, like you just did, and I'll see it. If you want to request an unblock from another admin instead, you can type the line shown in the block notice above. If you want to ask another admin a question, you can type {{adminhelp}} and one will come by. In all of the messages addressed to you above, left over the last 6 months, all you have to do is reply to those messages on this page like you just did. --Floquenbeam (talk) 23:34, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Although I am about to leave my computer, so a reply from me may take a little while. --Floquenbeam (talk) 23:43, 31 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Can I ask (Boleyn) a question by posting it on his user talk page or do I have to post that somewhere else?

Hi, Spierce, you can only edit this page at the moment, but most editors watchlist your page when they send you a message, so will be able to reply here, including me. Best wishes, Boleyn (talk) 07:17, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Floquenbeam when will I be unblocked?

It could be really soon. As I said above, as soon as you begin to engage with people who have left you messages here on your talk page, and agree that you'll continue to do so in the future, I'll unblock you. --Floquenbeam (talk) 17:55, 2 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

User talk:Spierce64006 I can definitely do that. I used to not log in to my account as much but I'm starting to change that even if I edit a lot with my IP adress. I'm still confused how to communicate on a person's talk page. Do I edit their page and put my question at the bottom? Any imformation would help.

If you wonder how to do anything on Wikipedia, you can go to the search box and type Wikipedia: then what you want to find out more about. Wikipedia:Talk pages would give you the details, but yes, your explanation above is how to write on someone else's talk page. However, if someone sends you a message on your talk page, it's best to reply directly under it on your talk page, so the conversation is kept together.

You mention not logging in much, but the issue is that you have been logging on, but not addressing the issues in the messages and not responding to the messages. Did you read the messages? I would also strongly advise you not to also edit as an IP. It could cause confusion and it might look like you were trying to avoid WP:SCRUTINY - for instance, you are currently blocked, this means you can't edit as an IP either, that would be seen as trying to evade the block. Thanks for replying, Boleyn (talk) 08:09, 3 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I totally understand and agree with what you are saying and hope I will be unblocked soon.

Floquenbeam, can I please be unblocked. I'm not sure why I'm still blocked?

(Boleyn), I need some help from the admins because everytime I log into my account (after being unblocked) it then says I am blocked. Can you talk to one of the administrators to sort this out?

Hi, Spierce, it's a little bureaucratic, but have a good read of WP:UNBLOCK. The most important bit for you is: 'To make an unblock request, copy the following text to the bottom of your user talk page: { {unblock|1=Insert your reason to be unblocked here}}. Don't forget to insert your own reason to replace "Insert your reason to be unblocked here".' (Remove space between the first two {s ). You might be best to make your reason fulsome and detailed, just so there's no room for ambiguity. Good luck and feel free to message me if I can help you further, Boleyn (talk) 20:12, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • I've tried to be clear above. I have not unblocked you. You were blocked because you were ignoring everyone when people left comments about your editing. I am happy to lift this block once you have begun to discuss these comments; you can do that right here on your talk page, while blocked, in the sections above, or in a new section below. But that hasn't happened yet; all you have done since the block is ask when/how to be unblocked, but you have not discussed anything related to your edits. Unless I get some acknowledgement that you're going to collaborate with others, I hesitate to unblock, because I fear you will go back to ignoring people and then I'll have to block you again. I don't care about the bureaucracy of the {{unblock}} template. Just answer one of User:Boleyn's half dozen comments or questions above, and agree to respond when she or others contact you in the future, and I'll unblock you. But I do not plan to unblock you until there is some acknowledgement on your part that you are going to interact with others, instead of just going back to ignoring them, once unblocked. --Floquenbeam (talk) 13:42, 12 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Floquenbeam. 99 percent of the articles I edit are GAA related. I just replied to 4 of Boleyn's posts above about referencing. In a few paragraphs above I said that I will collaborate with others for more or less of a word and respond to their questions in a timely manner. Get back to me when you have time.

I'm sorry for the delay; I did not realize you'd responded. I've unblocked your account now that you're replying.
Two unrelated tips/requests:
  1. When you finish typing something on a user talk page (including here) or an article talk page, please add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your post. This "signs" the post for you and people know who is saying what, and when they said it.
  2. If you want to get someone's attention on a user talk page or article talk page, you can put {{ping|Floquenbeam}}} (or whatever their name is) at the beginning of your post, and they will receive a notification that you pinged them. While I was watching this page and should have replied sooner, sometimes things slip thru the cracks, and pinging helps prevent that.
Let me know if you have any further questions. --Floquenbeam (talk) 21:56, 21 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

Spierce, can you please add sources to the many articles you've been contacted about? You've continued to edit, but the reasons for the original block remain. Thanks, Boleyn (talk) 17:16, 29 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Boleyn (talk). Which articles are you talking about that need sources?Spierce64006 (talk) 16:28, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

ease read my many previous messages on this page - they're all listed here. Just look through your talk page. Boleyn 20:02, 2 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Which ones are the most urgent though. Some of the pages don't have any url links because their from pdf's? (talk)

Hi Spierce, I wouldn't say any ones were more urgent than the others. It doesn't need to have a url, for instance if it's a pdf of an article, you could add the articles's title, publication, writer's name, page number, date - whatever is relevant - instead of a url. Thanks for working on this, Boleyn (talk) 13:47, 3 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, 2020 Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. This is a bot-delivered message letting you know that Draft:2020 Tyrone Intermediate Football Championship, a page you created, has not been edited in at least 5 months. Drafts that have not been edited for six months may be deleted, so if you wish to retain the page, please edit it again or request that it be moved to your userspace.

Notice

The article 2017 Kerry Intermediate Football Championship has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NSEASONS and WP:GNG. Subject is an individual season of a mid-tier amateur competition. While the Kerry Intermediate Football Championship could potentially meet the notability criteria, and this article (on a single season of that championship) summarised/merged/redirected there, we have no such article. So unclear what other WP:ATDs are available...

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
