Welcome to Wikipedia, Spinrad! I am Marek69 and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Hi, I am a newbie in Wikipedia and my primary project is to upload hundreds of pictures, which I’ve taken through my travels around the world, and, when appropriate, to link them to the corresponding articles. You have removed a picture I’ve put in the article of Melbourne and I’d like to ask the reason of removing it in order to avoid the same mistake in the future.
thanks Entropy1963 (talk) 16:01, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Put it back in if you want, just use a more appropriate caption. Spinrad (talk) 21:39, 16 January 2011 (UTC)

Hi. Just wanted to let you know that there is a formal interaction ban in place between Pete/Skyring and me. I won't be commenting in that thread he began called "About time we talked about the name again". Thanks for your help on the whole broader topic. HiLo48 (talk) 06:10, 2 February 2014 (UTC)

ArbCom elections are now open![edit]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Changed Pokemon Red image[edit]

Hello. Why did you change the image? The color palette does not represent the game accurately, which is why I changed it in the first place. Dino10 (talk) 20:41, 5 July 2017 (UTC)
