The Polygon article clearly states that the ESRB confirmed to them that they had given the rating. Plus, as the ESRB rating symbols are registered trademarks, they would have gone after the publisher for infringing on them if they had promoted the game as being AO-rated without receiving the rating (see also: Wartune). Maybe they just haven't put it in their database yet because it's not out? Or they're getting it appealed or something? ViperSnake151  Talk  17:20, 29 May 2015 (UTC)
