I've reversed your cut-and-paste of the article Indianapolis to the redirect at Indianapolis, Indiana because:

that is not how pages are moved; we use the "Move" tab on top
the title "Indianapolis" follows the conventions outlined at WP:PLACE#United States

If you disagree with the current title, you are free to start a discussion via WP:Requested moves. If the community feels that your arguments have merit, the page will be moved to "Indianapolis, Indiana." szyslak (t) 00:37, 18 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
