Hello. I am a student from Sungkyunkwan University in Korea. I used a KBBY account, but the Wikipedia administrator blocked it. In addition, they told us to act as a personal account, so we created a personal account, and my account is also blocked, so we ask if there is a solution to this and if you can unblock it.
